4. Payment and Fees

All fees are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are subject to change. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance. Late payments incur interest at a rate of 5% per annum. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

5. Refund Policy

We strive to deliver high-quality legal services. Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Requests must be submitted within 14 days of invoice date.
- A full refund applies only if no substantial work has been performed.
- Partial refunds may be granted proportionally to the unused portion of services.
- Certain costs (e.g., third-party fees, administrative expenses) are non-refundable once incurred.
To initiate a refund, please submit your request via our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days, less any applicable deductions for work performed to date.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Vaud.
